YOUR NEW ROLE:
The Supply Chain Senior Management Consultant (SMC) works as an integral part of our client delivery teams designing and implementing Supply Chain improvements. The SMC is responsible for work planning, diagnostics, analysis, solution development and implementation of the solutions to create operational and financial value for our clients. The role will be assign client projects to work on by the Managing Director of Supply Chain. The client projects will vary in length of time and scope of work. The majority of the work will be delivered at our client sites but will occasionally have remote work depending on the clients preferences. The engagements the SMC will be working on will address people, process and technology associated with different areas of the Supply Chain as defined by TBM
Consulting Group. These areas include:
- Customer-facing operations including Customer Service, Logistics and
Warehouse/Distribution
- Business Planning and Scheduling processes including S&OP, Demand
Planning/Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning and Capacity Planning
- Planning and Scheduling execution processes and systems including ERP/MRP, APS, WMS,
Order Management and Configure, Price, Quote
- Network optimization and system integration
- Supplier facing operations including Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Management and Supplier Quality
- Integration of multiple supply chain and manufacturing technologies including WMS, ERP,
TMS, CPQ, etc.
Ultimately, the SMC will work with the Client Managers for selected projects to deliver solutions that address key business issues and create measurable value for our clients.
WORK YOU’LL DO:
Assess / diagnostic supply chain processes, technologies and people of clients to identify potential improvement opportunities and create a meaningful, believable business case
Conduct detailed design activities for each improvement opportunity by working with client teams to develop and gain agreement on the exact solutions
Evaluate and recommend enhancements or replacement of supply chain technologies including automation using robotics, AGVs, and CPQ, PLM, ERP, WMS, TMS solutions
Lead highly skilled client and TBM teams through the supply chain project lifecycle
Execute process transformation, organizational restructuring, and improved measurable operational performance
Create and maintain project management deliverables: weekly updates, project schedules, trackers, etc.
Define and monitor key performance indicators that show impact of projects and implemented solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:
Related Experience
15 years of progressive supply chain experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a consultative function or leadership role.
Client engagement experience working directly with Manufacturing and Distribution leadership teams
Operations Excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, Value Creation, etc.).
Deep knowledge of the Supply Chain process, ERP, and systems implementation experience.
Significant experience implementing and integrating supply chain and operational technologies including automation.
Singularity focus within one element of Supply Chain not applicable.
Ability to determine value propositions and ROI for operating and executive management
Exceptional critical thinking, analytics and problem solving skills with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
Education / Licensure / Certification
4 year University degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering field
MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management preferred.

(HEAG) is actively seeking Financial Aid Consultants to work with our higher education clients throughout the country that utilize the Ellucian Colleague software platform. We are looking for candidates with at least 7 years of recent, direct responsibilities in a Financial Aid Office such as setting up Ellucian Colleague systems for new aid award years. Prior financial aid consulting experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Consultants must be able to fill interim positions for a diverse base of client schools, with direct knowledge of complex compliance issues. Candidates must be competent and well versed in the compliant administration of Title IV Student Financial Aid Programs and able to manage responsibilities in a strategic, yet functional capacity. Candidates must have strong Ellucian Colleague or other FA Student Information System experience, including Department of Education software.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work independently in a mostly remote capacity. Contracted assignments can be both short and long term and may include travel (very little during the current pandemic but some requests do occur). Hours can also vary by assignment. Customs & Foreign Trade Management Specialist (15-month contract)
Where the Chemistry Happens…
The Customs & Foreign Trade Management Specialist will manage/audit the Canadian GIMA duty discrepancy queue and work with our import brokers to ensure accuracy and compliance of all dutiable Customs entries.
Formula for Success: You Will…
- Work with accounting, internal business units, venders and import broker(s) where needed to correct all discrepancies and ensure the correct import duties are paid.
- Liaise with all Canadian and US import/export brokers/Consultants and various Customs authorities / Other Government Department (OGD) and agencies when needed such as the CBSA, CFIA, Health Canada, US CBP, etc. and take part/assist with the Mthly/qtly Broker Mgmt. Operational/Compliance meetings, which includes the performance of quarterly Customs audits of all import & export transactions.
- Assist with the Global Trade System (GTS) Sanction Party Listing (SPL) compliance queue to ensure full compliance of all BASF partners.
- Liaise with all import/export internal and external BASF customers for all Free Trade Agreements and Certificates of origin; Conduct analysis of all products subject to the Free Trade Agreements (FTA) to which Canada is a party to and prepare / maintain data as well as all required documentation needed to substantiate these FTA’s along with the classification of imported/exported goods such as the solicitation of third party data; responsible for the classification and their component materials with appropriate HTS numbers according to the requirements of Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) respectively and update/maintain SAP when needed.
- Responsible for communication with BASF customers and BASF business units to ensure that FTA responses and requirements are met
- Responsible for, and or assist responding to CBSA and CBP requests for documentation and audits.
- Assist with the ongoing validation of BASF in the Partners In Protection (PIP) and Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) Security Programs.
- Responsible for the maintenance and provision of data to Customs and Foreign Trade Management / North America, Manager on various activities as required.
- Responsible to assist with additional duty management opportunities for the Customs and Foreign Trade Management organization.
Qualifications
